What you will do

• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses, provide product education, and train customers in contact lens insertion and removal.
• Deliver patient-focused customer service while meeting sales goals and company objectives.
• Maintain accurate patient records, manage order follow-up, notify customers, and conduct weekly outreach.
• Reduce remakes, follow safety standards, and support operational and quality excellence.
• Control inventory, maintain merchandising standards, and keep the store clean and organized.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.

Requirements

• Active dispensing license as required by the state.
• At least 3 years of related experience or training.
• Strong customer service and clear communication skills.
• Confident selling skills and the ability to meet store goals.
• Organization, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and comfort working with a variety of people.

Nice to have

• Previous retail experience.
