What you will do

• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and train customers in contact lens insertion and removal.
• Provide patient care, product education, and customer service while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain accurate patient records, manage order follow-up, and complete customer notifications and weekly outreach.
• Reduce remakes, follow safety standards, and support operational quality.
• Manage inventory, merchandising standards, and a clean, organized store environment.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.

Requirements

• Active dispensing license required as required by the state.
• At least 3 years of related experience or training required.
• Strong customer service and clear communication skills.
• Confident selling skills and the ability to meet store goals.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and comfort working with diverse customers.

• Previous retail experience.
