What you will do

Inspect equipment, tools, safety belts, ladders, ropes, rubber goods, and working conditions at oil and gas facilities.
Observe work crews and report failures to use required personal protective equipment and other safety devices.
Examine ditches and tunnels, recommend measures to prevent cave-ins, and identify hazards affecting workers.
Investigate accidents, determine causes, and develop preventive measures.
Instruct workers on safe work methods and equipment use, encourage reporting of unsafe conditions, and ensure compliance with SHE procedures.

Requirements

At least 8 years of oil and gas maintenance experience with a high school qualification, or 6 years of experience with a diploma.
Strong technical understanding of maintenance work related to safety.
Excellent communication skills; organized and proactive working style.
Proven leadership experience in large organizations.
Mature judgment under pressure, problem-solving ability, and strategic management skills.
