Transportation Supervisor (Logistics)

Location: Pattison, Texas, USA; onsite transportation operations

Salary: $90K plus a 10% company bonus

What you will do

• Supervise, schedule, coach, and evaluate Class A and B delivery drivers.
• Plan and adjust routes, analyze route performance, and coordinate deliveries and backhauls.
• Monitor hours of service, driver logs, safety observations, and compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and company requirements.
• Coordinate truck maintenance, leasing activities, accident investigations, fleet presentation, and driver qualification files.
• Prepare transportation reports, support budget and fuel-card management, and review driver payroll.
• Handle customer complaints, support driver onboarding and training, and maintain positive team relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; some college or a two-year degree is preferred.
• 2–3 years of documented supervisory experience and 2–3 years of route-scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation and FMCSA rules and regulations.
• Experience with MS Office, SAP, Samsara, transportation management systems, computers, and scanner equipment.
• Ability to support a 24-hour operation, including carrying an emergency cell phone when needed.
• Ability to pass a recurring background check and meet the physical requirements of warehouse and delivery operations.

Nice to have

• Commercial Driver's License Class A.
