TL;DR
LCV NORTHCOM: Logistics Warehouse General Foreman - Dona Ana (Food Service Logistics): Managing the receipt, storage, inventory, and distribution of food service supplies and rations for military dining facility operations with an accent on AFMIS, FIFO stock rotation, shipment verification, and warehouse documentation. Focus on coordinating material movement, maintaining accurate inventory records, operating transport vehicles, and complying with military food service and safety procedures.

Location: Chaparral, New Mexico; temporary assignment in Dona Ana, New Mexico

hirify.global provides LOGCAP support for U.S. Army training exercises and Warfighter operations.

What you will do

  • Receive, inspect, verify, store, rotate, and issue food service supplies and rations.
  • Use Temperature Measuring Devices, AFMIS, DA Form 3161, and required receiving documentation.
  • Coordinate material and equipment movement, stage supplies, and support warehouse operations.
  • Operate company vehicles, including large box trucks, to transport supplies and materials.
  • Maintain inventory records, documentation files, reports, work areas, and housekeeping standards.
  • Follow safety procedures and perform moderate to heavy lifting as required.

Requirements

  • At least one year of documented relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of DA PAM 30-22, FM 10-23, military food service regulations, and the Tri-Service Food Code.
  • Experience with AFMIS, ration and supply receiving, inventory management, shelf-life control, stock rotation, and material transfers.
  • Current SERV Safe certification and a valid driver's license.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required.
  • A REAL ID or valid U.S. Passport is required for installation access.

Nice to have

  • Class I yard operations experience.
  • Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment.
  • Advanced AFMIS knowledge.
