Head of Specialty Care Financial Planning Performance and Launch Excellence (AI)

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid work format. Up to 30% travel is expected.

What you will do

• Lead global consolidation of Specialty Care forecasts, quarterly planning, budgets, strategic planning, and rolling reforecasting.
• Own full P&L management for the Specialty Care global business unit and lead business performance reviews.
• Develop financial KPIs, driver-based models, ROI frameworks, and investment allocation analyses.
• Advise the Specialty Care leadership team and support strategic, business development, due diligence, and integration projects.
• Lead finance activities for Launch Excellence, supporting 19 planned product launches over the next six years.
• Drive dynamic resource allocation, AI-enabled finance, advanced analytics, and digital transformation across the finance organization.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• 10+ years of financial planning and analysis experience.
• Experience with global business partnering, full P&L management, and financial planning in complex matrixed organizations.
• Experience presenting to boards, committees, C-suite executives, CEOs, and global business unit heads.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled financial tools, financial systems, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to translate financial insights into actionable business strategies and influence senior stakeholders.
