Senior Engineer / Principal Engineer, Lentivirus Downstream Process Development

Location: Onsite in Somerset, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $146,410–$192,164 USD base pay, plus potential performance-based bonus and/or equity.

What you will do

• Design, optimize, and scale purification processes for lentiviral vectors.
• Develop high-quality vector products supporting lentivirus generation and advanced cell therapy programs.
• Scale automation capabilities from concept through operation.
• Integrate analytics and modeling into downstream process workflows.
• Translate microscale process insights into robust, scalable processes for GMP manufacturing.

Requirements

• Experience and technical expertise appropriate for a Senior Engineer or Principal Engineer scope.
• Experience with lentiviral vector downstream process development and purification.
• Ability to work with process scaling, automation, analytics, and modeling.
• Experience supporting scalable processes for GMP manufacturing.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
• The role is onsite in Somerset, New Jersey.
