Salary: $157,737.05–$213,408.95 annual base salary

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams developing sustainable and cost-effective oligonucleotide manufacturing processes.
• Develop capacity expansion strategies, improve yields, and guide project deliverables and timelines.
• Drive oligonucleotide process and technology innovation.
• Support cGMP manufacturing and technology transfers to GMP production facilities and CMOs.
• Develop process understanding, modeling, and characterization strategies to ensure process performance.
• Represent process development in regulatory documentation and filings while mentoring scientific and technical colleagues.

Requirements

• PhD, PharmD, or MD with 3 years of scientific experience; or a master’s degree with 6 years of scientific experience; or a bachelor’s degree with 8 years of scientific experience.
• Deep expertise in oligonucleotide process development and industrialization within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with GMP manufacturing and technology transfer to CMOs.
• Experience representing a function on CMC or PDT teams.
• Ability to work in dynamic, interdisciplinary environments and lead teams through trust and collaboration.
• Proven record of publications, patents, and presentations.
