Lead Architect (Advanced Technology Facilities)

What you will do

• Lead and guide architectural teams throughout the design and construction process.
• Coordinate with clients, project management, architects, design leads, QA/QC, and hirify.global management.
• Train and develop architectural designers on processes, procedures, and standards.
• Review architectural drawings for completeness, constructability, and coordination.
• Lead or support design deliverables from studies through construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
• Maintain accountability for architectural designs and mentor interns and junior project team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Architectural license and AIA credentials required.
• 10+ years of architectural experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Advanced Technology Facilities, semiconductor projects, or datacenters.
• Experience using Autodesk Building Systems Software and managing teams using the software.
• Experience with Design-Build and global or multi-office project execution is desirable.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Architecture.
• NCARB Certificate.
• Design-Build experience.
• Experience working with global teams or on multi-office projects.
