Lead, Subcontracts (Supply Chain Program Manager)

What you will do

• Own material cost, schedule, risk, forecasts, budgets, EAC, AOP, and variance analysis as Control Account Manager.
• Build and defend material forecasts, connecting receipts to revenue recognition and managing risks and opportunities.
• Develop supplier recovery plans and manage supplier performance, corrective actions, escalations, delivery, and quality commitments.
• Create Supply Chain Management Plans and integrate them into program plans across cost, schedule, and delivery.
• Partner with Procurement and strategic sourcing on negotiations, purchase orders, long-term agreements, supplier consolidation, and second-source qualification.
• Lead proposal supply chain activities, including material estimates, sourcing strategies, BOEs, cost targets, and gate presentations.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 9 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with at least 7 years; equivalent relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• Demonstrated Control Account Manager experience with proposals, material forecasting, AOP, EVMS baseline management, variance analysis, and EAC development.
• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems and cost/schedule integration; ability to obtain L3Harris CAM certification within 6 months if not already certified.
• Hands-on ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, Costpoint, or an equivalent system for material planning and receipts.
• Advanced knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and ITAR requirements for subcontract and material management.

Nice to have

• EVMS Level 1 or 2 certification, CAM credential, APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP, or PMP.
• Experience with DX or DO rated orders, defense hardware, supplier transitions, or second-source qualification.
• Experience briefing material EAC and forecast performance to VP/GM-level leaders or customers.
• Six Sigma or Lean certification at Green Belt level or above.
