SAP Technical Lead

What you will do

• Lead the global ERP technology strategy, architecture, roadmap, and governance across SAP, Oracle, and related enterprise platforms.
• Manage SAP ECC, EWM, GRC, SNC, SRM, Solution Manager, SAP PO, SAP Portals, Oracle applications, and associated integrations.
• Own ERP security, user-access governance, Segregation of Duties controls, SOX compliance, audit readiness, and secure development practices.
• Lead SAP and Oracle development, customizations, APIs, Fiori/UI5 applications, cloud integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and technical delivery.
• Oversee performance, monitoring, upgrades, migrations, disaster recovery, backup readiness, availability, and operational reliability.
• Lead ERP implementations, plant deployments, acquisitions, divestitures, system conversions, modernization, automation, and global technical teams.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience in SAP Basis, SAP Security, and Oracle database administration.
• Expert knowledge of SAP Basis and Security across SAP ECC, EWM, Fiori, PO, GRC, Solution Manager, and SAP Portals.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA implementations, administration, configuration, migrations, and performance troubleshooting.
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, enhancement packs, operating-system and database migrations, high-availability environments, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Experience integrating SAP and Oracle with cloud and enterprise solutions, including SuccessFactors, Concur, Ariba, OneSource, Warehouse Management, and Oracle GoldenGate.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, strong leadership and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree or at least eight years of equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree and SAP administration or operating-system and database migration certifications.
• Experience with VMware, structured project-delivery methodologies, requirements gathering, process modeling, and integration-test planning.
• Experience with system, integration, and user-acceptance testing.
• Experience mentoring global technical teams and managing complex cross-functional ERP programs.
