Associate Manufacturing Technician (Medical Device)

Location: US - Massachusetts; onsite plant work required

Salary: $20.00–$30.01 annual base salary range, plus possible incentive compensation.

hirify.global is a medical device company developing the Omnipod insulin delivery platform and other drug-delivery technologies for people with diabetes and additional therapeutic needs.

What you will do

• Operate and maintain automated manufacturing equipment, including laser welding, robotic automation, PCB handling, metal forming, medical packaging, and component assembly systems.
• Clear equipment faults and stoppages, maintain material feeds, and use HMIs to identify and correct process-control shifts.
• Perform routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Investigate equipment-cell process issues and identify solutions for mechanical errors, safety issues, and operating inefficiencies.
• Support material inventory, quality management, new product design transfer, process development, and equipment and process validations.
• Follow specifications, work orders, SOPs, GMPs, material-handling procedures, and cleanroom requirements while supporting safe and timely production.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must work onsite in Massachusetts, United States.
• Proficient English required for reading documentation, communication, and writing.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of industrial machines, tools, production processes, quality control, and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems, understand root-cause concepts, work independently, and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to stand for at least 75% of each shift, walk for at least 50%, push and pull, and lift up to 20 lb occasionally.

• Previous cleanroom experience.
• Experience debugging and optimizing assembly processes.
