Sr CRA Manager (Community Reinvestment Act)

Location: Lehi, Utah; hybrid work model with in-office attendance required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Remote placement is not considered. Local working hours are based on Mountain Time. Relocation is offered based on the actual job level, and travel may be required.

Salary: $101,000–$119,000 base salary, plus potential equity and annual bonus.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and execute the bank’s multi-year CRA strategy and Strategic Plan.
• Monitor CRA performance and prepare reporting and recommendations for governance committees and senior leadership.
• Oversee CRA data collection, validation, analysis, documentation, and regulatory reporting across lending, investment, service, and community development activities.
• Conduct outreach in CRA assessment areas and build relationships with nonprofit and for-profit organizations to identify qualified community development opportunities.
• Manage the CRA donations budget and coordinate employee volunteer and community development activities.
• Lead CRA audits and regulatory examinations, including documentation, regulatory responses, and remediation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive CRA or related regulatory experience within a bank or regulated financial institution.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Deep knowledge of the Community Reinvestment Act, implementing regulations, interagency guidance, and regulatory expectations.
• Experience managing CRA programs, Strategic Plans, performance context, data analysis, documentation, reporting, and community development activities.
• Experience leading CRA examinations and working directly with federal and/or state banking regulators.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products, deposit operations, lending, community development, communication, analysis, and organizational planning; hands-on AI tool experience with careful attention to data sensitivity and regulatory accuracy.
