Sr. Manager - Supervision and Controls (Risk & Regulatory)

Location: Onsite in Orlando, Florida, United States

Salary: $115,000–$140,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Provide centralized risk supervision of activities performed by registered representatives.
• Review electronic communications, product and service recommendations, trading activity, and supervisory trends.
• Assess risk, identify patterns, and make timely decisions that protect clients and the firm.
• Strengthen supervisory controls through risk monitoring, trend reporting, and product expertise.
• Collaborate with service professionals, business partners, and senior leaders while balancing strategic oversight with hands-on supervision.

Requirements

• 5+ years of supervision experience, including annuity and product supervision.
• Extensive knowledge of annuities, fixed income, and financial products.
• Strong knowledge of brokerage and investment advisory compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Active and valid Series 7, Series 63, and Series 8 or Series 9/10 licenses.
• Active and valid Series 66 or Series 63/65 licenses.
• State Life and Health Insurance License, or ability to obtain it as a condition of employment.

• Experience reviewing electronic communications, product or service recommendations, trading activity, or supervisory trends.
• Extensive fixed income expertise.
• Ability to operate effectively at strategic and tactical levels.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and adaptability skills.
• Experience using reporting and trend information to identify risk and strengthen supervisory controls.
