Cisco Collaboration & Video Conferencing Engineer (Cisco)

What you will do

• Resolve Level 2 incidents across Cisco telephony and video-conferencing environments.
• Troubleshoot conferencing hardware, endpoints, peripherals, and collaboration applications.
• Support Cisco CMS, Expressway, B2B, and Mobile & Remote Access environments.
• Maintain Cisco Room, SX, Personal, EQ, Webex, and Board video endpoints.
• Monitor infrastructure health, participate in upgrades, and coordinate complex customer escalations.
• Escalate issues to vendors and Level 3 support while coordinating the local team and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Advanced hands-on experience with Cisco video conferencing, including CMS, Expressway, B2B, and MRA.
• Strong experience with Cisco video endpoints and advanced knowledge of Cisco telephony, including CUCM, Unity Connection, and Jabber.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, H.323, collaboration security, and system administration.
• Understanding of video codecs, encryption, certificates, and licensing models.
• Experience with conferencing-room peripherals, including room navigators, displays, and Barco solutions.
• Working knowledge of VMware and CCNP Voice or comparable Cisco collaboration expertise.
