Software Engineer – Full Stack (AI)

Location: On-site in Westminster, Colorado, United States; U.S. Person status required

Salary: $86,000–$126,500 annually for positions based in Colorado

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full-stack applications using Java/Spring Boot, Vue.js, and Python/FastAPI.
• Own features end to end, from engineering specifications through production deployment.
• Build and operate cloud-native applications on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Develop secure, scalable REST APIs and software aligned with engineering standards.
• Use AI throughout implementation, code review, testing, debugging, and documentation while validating generated outputs.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Systems Engineering, and Solution Architecture to improve delivery and developer productivity.

Requirements

• U.S. Person status is required: U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience developing cloud-native software applications.
• Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, Vue.js, React, Angular, PostgreSQL, and Python/FastAPI.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, modern software design, Agile development, and AI-assisted software development practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with GCP or multi-cloud environments.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience with specification-driven development, AI agents, engineering automation, or AI-enabled developer workflows.
