Senior Full Stack Developer (Vue.js)

Location: Arlington, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid

Salary: $85,000–$110,000 per year, plus potential bonuses, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop, test, deploy, document, and support modern web applications, internal tools, integrations, APIs, and automation solutions.
• Build responsive applications and internal operational tools with Vue.js, JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS, and Retool.
• Design, secure, and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven integrations, and reusable services using Boomi, MuleSoft, or comparable platforms.
• Deploy, monitor, secure, and maintain cloud-native applications and integration workloads on AWS.
• Collaborate with product, business analysis, QA, infrastructure, security, and development teams in Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Troubleshoot production issues, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and improve engineering practices through automation and AI-assisted development.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience delivering enterprise-grade full-stack applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, React, Python, PHP, RESTful APIs, microservices, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MariaDB.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, software architecture, security, scalability, resiliency, and observability.
• Experience deploying applications with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, Bedrock, API Gateway, or ECS.
• Hands-on experience using AI and large language models to improve developer productivity, automate workflows, and build intelligent software solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Retool, Boomi, MuleSoft, low-code/no-code platforms, and API-led integration.
• Experience balancing innovation with risk management and compliance in a regulated financial services environment.
