Branch Manager

Location: Mexico, Missouri, United States; regular in-person attendance is required

Salary: $40,000–$45,000 per year, plus performance-based bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax preparation production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through customer outreach, referrals, networking, community engagement, outbound calling, and product promotion.
• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collection efforts to maintain portfolio performance and minimize losses.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees while managing performance expectations.
• Oversee branch operations, ensure compliance, and resolve escalated customer concerns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of management experience or successful completion of a management training program.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing and independently complete bank runs, including transporting deposits.
• Experience with sales, portfolio growth, profitability, lending, collections, customer accounts, or branch operations.
• Ability to work in a performance-driven environment involving customer outreach, collections, sales, and frequent in-person customer interaction.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer finance, banking, retail banking, lending, credit, insurance, tax preparation, or similar financial services.
• Experience leading teams, growing customer portfolios, managing delinquency, making credit decisions, and achieving sales or profitability goals.
