Senior Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build and maintain CRM+ platform features using C#, .NET, Vue, and SQL Server.
• Architect and operate scalable, reliable, and cost-effective services on Azure.
• Partner with Product and Design to shape requirements and make customer-focused technical decisions.
• Use Claude Code and other AI tools for prototyping, code generation, testing, debugging, documentation, and delivery acceleration.
• Write tested, maintainable code, participate in reviews, mentor engineers, and improve QA, CI/CD, and architecture practices.
• Own production troubleshooting, technical strategy, and projects from design through deployment and monitoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep C#/.NET expertise.
• 3+ years of Vue experience; React or Angular experience is transferable.
• Strong experience building and operating production systems on Azure.
• Solid SQL Server experience, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience using Claude Code and genuine enthusiasm for AI-assisted development.
• Product-minded, customer-first approach with strong communication and end-to-end project ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM or data-intensive platforms.
• Experience with Datadog, Playwright, and other observability or testing tools.
• High-growth SaaS experience and frequent CI/CD deployments.
