Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer (Azure/AI)

Location: Primarily remote in the United States, associated with West Hills, California; occasional travel to corporate or off-site locations may be required.

Salary: $117,000–$195,000 national target base pay; $130,000–$216,000 for candidates in California and the New York metro area. An annual performance bonus may also be included.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and REST APIs using C#, .NET, React, and TypeScript.
• Architect and manage Azure solutions, including App Services, storage, identity management, monitoring, and application reliability.
• Build integrations between cloud and on-premises systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, and Azure SQL using Boomi, MuleSoft, or Azure Logic Apps.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and automate testing, security validation, and multi-environment deployments.
• Develop production-ready AI-enabled solutions using Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Copilot Studio, Microsoft AI Foundry, or comparable platforms.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, oversee development partners, and define architecture, governance, and engineering standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including enterprise application design and development.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, React or other modern front-end frameworks, TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, relational databases, and enterprise integration platforms.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation into enterprise applications, including prompt engineering, RAG, semantic search, AI orchestration, model evaluation, and LLM APIs or SDKs.
• No immigration sponsorship or support is available, including Form I-983 support for STEM OPT.

Nice to have

• Experience with Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft AI Foundry, vector search, embeddings, or enterprise knowledge retrieval.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and deployment strategies.
