Staff Technical Product Manager (Endpoint Security)

Location: Remote within the United States, with a strong preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones. Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship and overlap with ET hours.

Salary: $175,000–$185,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and backlog for endpoint protection software across supported operating systems.
• Define product capabilities for governing AI activity on devices, including shadow AI visibility and control over agents and tools.
• Determine how software operates in uncontrolled environments, including deployment through MDM, RMM, and scripting, VPNs, unfamiliar networks, and software conflicts.
• Make deliberate product decisions about traffic inspection, logging, data retention, encryption, and privacy.
• Design usable, configurable, and measurable experiences and data for each capability.
• Work with Engineering, Architecture, customers, partners, and prospects on feasibility, trade-offs, sequencing, and product feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including significant experience with security, networking, or endpoint products.
• Strong understanding of traffic interception, inspection, filtering, isolation, encryption, and privacy trade-offs.
• Experience with software deployed through MDM, RMM, and scripting, including interoperability issues, VPNs, and unfamiliar networks.
• Experience taking undefined problems through product discovery and delivery, and designing interfaces, reporting, and data for technical users.
• Hands-on collaboration with engineers, including writing roadmaps and detailed work items, plus strong written and verbal communication.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship and overlap with ET hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-tenant, white-label, or partner-delivered products.
• Engineering, solutions architecture, or security research background.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, product analytics, and customer feedback tools.
