Senior Technical Product Manager (API and AI Enablement)

Salary: $112,800–$173,600 USD annually

What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, priorities, and delivery plans for API and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Lead customer-facing, partner, and internal API initiatives from discovery and design through documentation, onboarding, adoption, and lifecycle management.
• Define AI delivery practices covering evaluation, testing, safeguards, human review, production monitoring, cost, performance, and measurable outcomes.
• Align authentication, authorization, entitlements, privacy, security, testing, release readiness, and operational support across product and engineering work.
• Lead a cross-functional development pod, remove blockers, coordinate stakeholders, and communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions to executives.
• Mentor delivery-team members and progressively take on hiring, coaching, performance development, and career-growth responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tennessee, United States, for this remote position.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, product management, business, or a related technical field.
• At least eight years of relevant or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading API, integration, platform, developer-experience, or enterprise software initiatives, including API lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of identity, authentication, authorization, secure software delivery, privacy, data governance, operational readiness, and enterprise risk management.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements, acceptance criteria, delivery plans, measurable outcomes, and executive-ready communications.

Nice to have

• Telecommunications, digital commerce, quoting, ordering, billing, service-management, or customer-portal experience.
• Experience delivering AI or API capabilities in highly available, regulated, security-sensitive, or large-enterprise environments.
• Prior direct people-management experience.
