Unified Communications Engineer (Cisco)

What you will do

• Lead and implement Cisco telephony and videoconferencing projects.
• Support operational teams with complex incident resolution.
• Manage major incidents, including qualification, resolution, and follow-up.
• Conduct problem management and root cause analysis.
• Transfer technical skills to technicians and engineers while responding to customer requests with the team leader.
• Update HLD and LLD documentation and perform hardware and configuration tests.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a Cisco environment.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco telephony, including CUCM, Unity Connection, and Jabber.
• Experience with Cisco video conferencing systems such as CMS and TMS.
• Proficiency in SIP and H.323 protocols, plus familiarity with VMware v7/v8.
• Knowledge of WAN/LAN networks and security.
• Good command of English in reading, speaking, and writing.

Nice to have

• Systems administration experience.
