EMEA ESC - Transport Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate and execute transportation projects and continuous improvement initiatives across EMEA.
• Track shipments and coordinate with warehouses, carriers, service providers, and the Command Center to resolve operational issues.
• Manage carrier performance, delivery issues, reporting, metrics, and information dissemination.
• Document and communicate SOPs, SWIs, and processes to support customer and carrier requirements.
• Prepare performance presentations, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and create project plans, task lists, and milestones.
• Support cost-saving, consolidation, and on-time performance initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in transportation and logistics.
• Demonstrated project leadership and at least 2 years of continuous process improvement experience.
• Experience with air, road, ocean, and dedicated or white-glove transportation movements.
• Strong organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills, with confidence leading meetings and speaking publicly.
• Ability to multitask, reprioritize work, anticipate issues, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Ability to learn new software applications and technology platforms.
