Biotech Production Coordinator

Location: Ireland; onsite manufacturing role

What you will do

• Coordinate, review, catalogue, and manage manufacturing documentation throughout its lifecycle.
• Maintain inventory systems through investigations, weekly reviews, reconciliations, and related accuracy controls.
• Prepare progress reports and track manufacturing KPIs.
• Coordinate material requirements, sampling intake, scheduling, and documentation to support production continuity.
• Create and maintain systematic bills of materials for production needs.
• Evaluate, initiate, and monitor deviations and other compliance events while liaising with manufacturing and other functional areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–2+ years of related experience.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems, data sets, calculations, and manufacturing documentation.
• Experience in a cGMP environment, quality assurance, project management, or inventory management is desired.
• Ability to perform analysis of GMP and GxP data.
