Project Manager, Government, Project & Development Services

Salary: $102,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage government facilities projects through initiation, planning, execution, construction completion, and closeout.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, reports, drawings, master budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate design, development, construction, property, facility management, and owner teams.
• Lead meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Coordinate vendor RFQs and RFPs, review change orders and invoices, and track project finances.
• Manage project risks and issues while supporting operational readiness and client objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of related experience, including construction industry experience.
• Experience working with government projects is required.
• Experience managing complete projects independently from initiation through completion.
• Ability to read and interpret construction specifications, blueprints, and architectural or engineering drawings.
• Strong organization, analytical, problem-solving, project management, client relations, and reporting skills.

• Experience leading teams or mentoring less experienced staff.
