Technical Recruiter

Location: Remote; applicants may be located in any country within approximately ±4 hours of CET for collaboration during working hours.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for developer and engineering roles, including resume screening, technical interviews, and pipeline management.
• Source developer candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and proactive outreach in the Cyprus tech market.
• Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System to maintain accurate records and efficient hiring operations.
• Build collaborative relationships with engineering hiring managers and provide strategic recruitment support.
• Improve recruitment processes and procedures using market trends, best practices, and competitive insights.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and support a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology company.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines while managing multiple requisitions.
• Fluency in written and verbal Russian and English.
• Availability to work within approximately ±4 hours of CET.
