What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple U.S. vacancies, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, candidate profiles, and recruitment priorities.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct outreach, and creative sourcing channels.
- Conduct recruiter interviews, assess candidate fit, present qualified candidates, and provide market insights.
- Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communication, negotiate offers, and support candidates through the hiring process.
- Maintain ATS records, track recruiting KPIs, improve recruitment processes, and contribute to employer branding in the U.S. market.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for the U.S. market and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Experience hiring for technical, engineering, operations, manufacturing, logistics, or data center roles.
- Strong sourcing, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage candidate pipelines effectively.
- Fluent English at C1+ level required.
Nice to have
- Recruiting experience in Bitcoin mining, infrastructure, energy, fintech, or technology companies.
- Experience hiring field technicians, engineers, operations managers, or leadership roles.
- Experience in a fast-growing international company.
- Experience with Workable or similar ATS platforms.
- Familiarity with AI sourcing and recruiting tools.
