TL;DR
Candidate Experience Specialist, Contractor (Talent Acquisition): Coordinating end-to-end candidate experiences, interview scheduling, hiring workflows, and offer handoffs across a high-volume recruiting environment with an accent on accurate ATS data, timely communication, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on improving asynchronous hiring processes, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting recruiters and hiring managers across time zones.
Location: Remote, United States; must be based in the EST timezone

What you will do
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and recruiting leadership to execute hiring plans for open requisitions.
- Maintain accurate hiring process information in the applicant tracking system and repositories.
- Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, monitor candidate pipelines, and flag process bottlenecks.
- Provide timely, thoughtful communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Create and stage employment contracts for candidates receiving offers.
- Coordinate handoffs to People Operations and represent ’s values and all-remote approach.
Requirements
- Experience supporting end-to-end hiring processes with recruiters and hiring managers, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system to schedule, track, and advance candidates through interview stages.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and scheduling tools.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organization, time management, prioritization, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Availability to work remotely from the United States while based in the EST timezone, with flexibility to support multiple time zones.

- Greenhouse experience.
- Transferable experience from coordination or operations roles.
