Location: Hybrid role based at Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire, United Kingdom

What you will do
- Monitor weekly proposition performance and support short- and long-term commercial initiatives for Unlimited.
- Coordinate commercial testing across ecommerce pages to improve consent flows, programme opt-ins, and the subscriber journey.
- Analyse customer psychology, friction points, competitor propositions, pricing models, and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage CRM, onsite marketing, and promotional campaigns from planning and design approvals through technical handover and launch.
- Support product owner squads by defining commercial requirements for technical service enhancements.
- Ensure marketing materials follow compliance requirements, including FCA Consumer Duty.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar marketing, commercial, or services proposition role.
- Experience tracking and analysing KPIs, reviewing data, and making decisions that drive measurable impact.
- Strong commercial judgment, organisation, project coordination, and attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with UX, Design, CRM, Marketing, Legal, and product teams.
- Proactive, adaptable, resilient, and comfortable delivering results in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong documentation, administration, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in services marketing, such as delivery propositions or financial services.
- Experience with FCA regulation.
