CRM Executive

What you will do

• Manage email and mobile app communication calendars across premium and luxury websites.
• Brief, create, segment, schedule, and deliver email, mobile app, and automated lifecycle campaigns.
• Implement test-and-learn initiatives to improve CRM communications.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports and share insights with the wider business.
• Grow the engaged customer database and improve customer value through targeted programmes.
• Manage the relationship with the email service provider and optimize platform usage.

Requirements

• Proven CRM experience, particularly with email and mobile app communications.
• Experience working with an email service provider.
• Experience with data analysis and customer segmentation.
• Strong numerical, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple campaigns simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Degree-level education; retail experience is desirable but not essential.
