What you will do
- Manage email and mobile app communication calendars for premium and luxury websites.
- Brief, create, segment, schedule, and deliver email, mobile app, and automated lifecycle campaigns.
- Implement test-and-learn initiatives to improve CRM communications and customer engagement.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports and share insights with the wider business.
- Grow the engaged customer database by identifying and targeting relevant customer segments.
- Manage the email service provider relationship and optimize use of the platform.
Requirements
- Experience working with an email service provider.
- Experience with data analysis and customer segmentation.
- Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage and deliver several campaigns simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Degree-level education.
- Results-driven, self-starting approach with the ability to influence related teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in the retail sector.
- Knowledge of CRM and database analytics.
- Awareness of email marketing trends and industry insights.
