Location: Leighton Buzzard, United Kingdom; onsite work in the in-house Photo Studio, with travel to other studios or locations when required

What you will do

• Produce high-quality still life cutout photography aligned with brand principles, style guides, and product briefs.
• Collaborate with photographers and the wider studio team under the direction of the Senior Photographer and Creative Lead.
• Research social media trends to inform visual aesthetics and maintain a competitive creative standard.
• Use generative AI and prompt engineering for concept development and image generation.
• Set up the studio, safely move heavy interior products, maintain equipment, and keep the workspace tidy.
• Work flexibly across projects, including travel to other studios and location-based shoots.

Requirements

• Professional experience in ecommerce and editorial photography, preferably in a large, high-volume creative studio.
• Expert technical knowledge of still life photography and complex lighting techniques.
• Strong proficiency with Capture One, Adobe Photoshop, and Mac OS.
• Excellent attention to detail, quality control, communication, organisation, and workload management.
• Ability to work calmly and proactively in a fast-paced retail environment, take creative direction, and train others in photographic techniques.
• Full UK driving licence and a portfolio or website demonstrating relevant photographic work.
