Senior Manager, New Product Introduction Operations (Workfront)

Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico; onsite role with 25% travel. Relocation is not offered.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of NPI Operations project managers.
• Own end-to-end NPI setup and workflow strategy in Workfront across product lines, configurations, and release cycles.
• Govern Workfront workflows, templates, routing, metadata, permissions, dashboards, and reporting.
• Coordinate issue resolution and escalation management across NPI, Marketing, Creative Services, and system owners.
• Improve operational planning, staffing, workflow reliability, asset readiness, and launch predictability.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and career development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in creative operations, marketing operations, production operations, or workflow management.
• 8–10 years of people management experience preferred.
• Experience with Workfront or similar workflow and project management systems.
• Knowledge of workflow management, project management, system governance, operational process design, content operations, reporting, quality control, and change management.
• Must work in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico; relocation is not offered.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital asset management platforms, NPI processes, or creative production environments.
