Designer (Generative AI)

Location: Birmingham, England, United Kingdom; Workplace: Hybrid, with up to 40% of work from home. After 12 months, working from abroad is available for up to 90 days per year.

What you will do

• Create concepts and designs for print, digital, social, and in-store environments.
• Produce accurate, high-quality artwork and adapt campaigns across multiple formats.
• Prepare press-ready artwork and ensure technical compliance with production specifications.
• Work with copywriters, art directors, animators, AI specialists, operations teams, and client service colleagues.
• Manage multiple projects, workloads, deadlines, budgets, workflows, and timesheets.
• Review artwork for accuracy, consistency, brand alignment, and production quality.

Requirements

• Essential experience working with retail clients.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Firefly, and Illustrator.
• Strong artworking and print production skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while presenting ideas clearly.
• Excellent time-management, communication, ownership, and quality-control skills.

Nice to have

• Figma skills.
• Knowledge of emerging design trends, tools, technologies, and generative AI.
