Designer (Digital Healthcare)

Location: London, UK; hybrid setup with 3 days a week in the Old Street office

hirify.global is a digital healthcare company developing personalised, clinician-led care programs across obesity management, men’s health, fertility, and skincare.

What you will do

• Set the design and static creative standard across brands and categories.
• Turn strategist concepts, angles, and tests into finished, on-brand, high-performing advertising assets.
• Create master assets for teams and AI-assisted tools to expand into formats, resizes, and variations.
• Produce high-quality work at speed while iterating based on performance.
• Shape visual identity and reusable design standards as the studio scales.
• Collaborate with strategists, producers, and editors from brief through final asset.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent typography, layout, composition, and colour skills.
• Ability to produce high-quality design at volume in a fast, iterative environment.
• Expertise with Figma and the Adobe suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience designing social-native, direct-response creative and learning from performance results.
• Ability to accept feedback, iterate quickly, and collaborate closely with strategists and the wider team.

Nice to have

• Motion or animation skills, including the ability to turn static designs into simple video.
