What you will do

• Develop womenswear concepts and contribute to collection design.
• Explore silhouettes, materials, textures, construction methods, and sustainable design approaches.
• Interpret the COS design philosophy into commercially relevant garments.
• Create hand and digital sketches, technical garment details, and design presentations.
• Refine products through collaboration with product development teams and manufacturers.
• Work to briefs, timelines, feedback, and agreed project requirements.

Requirements

• Senior-level design experience, particularly in womenswear.
• Strong aesthetic aligned with modern, brand-relevant, and effortless design.
• Experience in contemporary, premium, or luxury fashion markets.
• Understanding of fabric, technique, pattern cutting, and garment construction.
• Confident hand and digital sketching skills, with the ability to work with 3D design tools.
• Excellent portfolio showing concept development, research, technical sketches, garment details, and final product or collection outcomes.
