Commercial Marketing Senior Designer

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working with a balance of home working and office attendance, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30.

What you will do

• Create presentations, pitch decks, creative templates and commercially focused sales collateral.
• Develop campaigns and content across print, digital, social, motion, video, events and experiential branding.
• Translate research, insights and data into engaging visual narratives and persuasive sales proposals.
• Maintain, organise and evolve the creative asset library, including templates, imagery, icons and design resources.
• Lead, mentor and develop a junior designer while promoting strong creative standards.
• Support launches, events and experiential projects with hands-on creative execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a commercial creative environment.
• Experience creating assets for print, digital, social, motion and presentation design.
• Exceptional graphic design, layout, typography and visual storytelling skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of Figma, After Effects and video or motion workflows.
• Awareness of AI-assisted creative tools and emerging technologies.
