Senior AI Engineer (Global – Remote)

hirify.global develops the INSIDE AI Customer Visual Engagement Platform, a SaaS solution for real-time customer behavior tracking and intelligent engagement used by luxury, retail, and other major brands.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and integrate GPT and other large language models into the core SaaS platform.
• Build intelligent chatbots, automated ticket routing, sentiment analysis, personalized recommendations, and proactive customer support features.
• Implement tool-calling integrations that connect AI models with external tools and APIs.
• Manage customer, product, and retail transaction data to identify insights for model training and optimization.
• Design scalable serverless AI services using Cloudflare Workers and AWS Lambda.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers while monitoring and optimizing AI performance.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience developing and deploying AI solutions, especially GPT integrations and tool-calling functionality.
• Strong experience with vector databases, plus relational SQL Server or PostgreSQL databases; graph databases and RAG experience are desirable.
• Experience with Cloudflare Workers and proficiency in REST APIs, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Understanding of AI risk assessment, legal regulations, guardrails, and attacks such as adversarial attacks and data poisoning.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with essential experience in retail customer journeys.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related field, or significant practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with graph databases, SPARQL, Gremlin, RAG, C# .NET Core, or major cloud platforms.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects and experience in Agile development.
• Experience developing B2C SaaS products, particularly customer service products.
• Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
