What you will do

• Contribute to client projects in the financial services and lending industries from the first day.
• Help introduce software solutions that improve speed, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Support consulting projects and help clients develop and improve their business models.
• Build expertise in financial products, lending software, banking processes, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, physics, mathematics, business administration, economics, banking, or finance.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills combined with sound business judgment.
• Basic knowledge of financial services or lending, with an interest in financial-services topics and development.
• Ability to proactively drive and develop solutions for clients.
• Openness to social interaction, an entrepreneurial mindset, and experience working in interdisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Experience communicating with customers.
• Knowledge or interest in credit risk management, retail banking and lending, or commercial banking and lending.
