Senior Analyst Workforce Planning

What you will do

• Manage workforce planning for headcount, positions, vacancies, hires, exits, and personnel costs.
• Coordinate and validate workforce inputs from People, Finance, and business stakeholders during budget and forecast cycles.
• Maintain workforce data, assumptions, and movements in Anaplan and align them with financial plans.
• Reconcile workforce plans with P&L data, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrections.
• Analyse monthly headcount and personnel-cost variances, identifying drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare workforce scenarios, maintain reports and dashboards, and support planning-process improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in workforce planning, HR controlling, FP&A, people analytics, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, headcount and personnel-cost planning, and variance analysis.
• Experience with Anaplan, Workday, or comparable workforce and financial planning systems.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience managing large datasets accurately.
• Knowledge of HR processes, including organisational structures, hiring, exits, compensation, and employee movements.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, with strong stakeholder-management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
