Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Enhance card processing capabilities, tokenization flows for Apple Pay and Google Pay, scheme-driven requirements, and top-up functionality.
• Improve posting accuracy, settlement logic, reversals, refunds, and reconciliation processes.
• Co-own integrations with issuers, processors, and fintech providers while meeting scheme and regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with engineering to design scalable and reliable functionality across cards, top-ups, and ledgers.
• Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and other teams on accounting mappings, controls, and product launches.
• Own the technical product backlog, documentation, workflows, requirements, dependencies, risks, and system performance metrics.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of product management experience working on technically complex systems.
• Prior card-program experience and strong understanding of backend systems, workflows, and architectural decisions.
• Ability to work directly with engineers on API flows, data models, and integration behavior.
• Understanding of or willingness to learn card processing, top-ups, clearing and settlement, and ledger accounting.
• Ability to articulate technical risks and trade-offs where accuracy and compliance are critical.
• Strong technical documentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, including work with external issuers and processors.
