What you will do

• Manage relationships with private banking and high-net-worth customers.
• Assess prospects, acquire new clients, and grow loan and deposit portfolios.
• Recommend private banking products and connect clients with other banking departments.
• Review financial information and determine customer creditworthiness.
• Build relationships through local business organizations, community events, and nonprofit activities.
• Maintain complete loan documentation and comply with applicable banking laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, a related field, or relevant experience preferred.
• 2+ years of banking experience with basic sales skills and strong customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in the local market is required.
• Knowledge of banking products, credit, accounting, sales, negotiation, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and lending software.
• NMLS registration required.
