Platform Revenue Analyst

Location: Concord, California, United States; full-time hybrid schedule in the office

Salary: $68,000–$75,000 base salary per year, plus variable incentive compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Administer monthly and quarterly revenue collection processes across multiple business units.
• Manage fee calculation, validation, debiting, crediting, reconciliation, reporting, and maintenance.
• Process and oversee third-party and partner payments, including Marketing Support and Premier BD payments.
• Perform daily peer reviews, billing transaction reviews, and fee account setup error reviews.
• Implement and review negotiated fee agreements and provide ad hoc revenue analysis.
• Improve billing procedures by identifying process gaps and implementing solutions from start to finish.

Requirements

• 3+ years of financial services or billing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to learn related business systems quickly.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organization, ownership, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
