What you will do

• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses, including contact lens insertion and removal training.
• Educate customers about products and deliver high-quality service while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain accurate patient records, manage order follow-up, and conduct customer outreach.
• Reduce remakes, follow safety standards, and support operational excellence.
• Manage inventory, merchandising standards, and store organization.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.

Requirements

• Active dispensing license required by the state
• 3+ years of related experience or training
• Strong customer service, communication, and selling skills.
• Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and work in a busy retail setting.
• Professional and comfortable working with a variety of customers.

• Previous retail experience.
