What you will do

• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and train customers in contact lens insertion and removal.
• Provide patient care, product education, and customer service while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain patient records, manage order follow-up, notify customers, and conduct weekly outreach.
• Reduce remakes, follow safety standards, and support operational excellence.
• Control inventory, maintain merchandising standards, and keep the store organized.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.

Requirements

• Active dispensing license required by the state.
• 3+ years of related experience or training.
• Strong customer service, communication, selling, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of people in a busy retail environment.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
