Senior Fullstack AI Engineer

Location: Brazil; 100% remote

What you will do

• Architect and ship end-to-end features for a context-aware AI agent platform.
• Design REST and GraphQL APIs, performant PostgreSQL data models, and resilient asynchronous background processing systems.
• Build responsive React interfaces integrated with TypeScript backend services.
• Implement, evaluate, and optimize LLM agent workflows, including prompt engineering, tool integration, retrieval architectures, and runtime execution.
• Maintain production reliability, observability, data privacy boundaries, and edge-case handling across complex user flows.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with TypeScript, React, REST or GraphQL APIs, and relational database design with PostgreSQL.
• Experience building asynchronous background jobs, distributed queues, and debugging production systems.
• Hands-on experience or deep technical fluency with LLM and agent runtime architectures, tool calling, prompt engineering, and retrieval systems.
• Ability to turn ambiguous product requirements and user behavior into clean systems designs and polished user interfaces.
• Strong focus on system correctness, data security, privacy boundaries, observability, and edge-case handling.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
• Experience with LLM evaluations or fine-tuning.
• Background in multi-channel conversational tools, persistent memory, or agentic workflow platforms.
