Senior Professional Services Technical Architect - Security

Salary: $164,880–$277,560 USD annually for United States residents

What you will do

• Design and lead secure hirify.global solution implementations, including security risk assessments and threat modeling.
• Advise customers on hirify.global SaaS, Self-Managed, and Dedicated deployment architectures.
• Lead migrations from legacy source code management, CI/CD, and application security tools to hirify.global.
• Conduct technical discovery and translate customer security, compliance, and infrastructure needs into implementation plans.
• Support security-related statements of work, pre-sales planning, and cross-functional delivery.
• Mentor consultants and create security-focused delivery kits, documentation, training, and enablement materials.

Requirements

• Experience designing secure enterprise architectures across application security, cloud security, secure cloud infrastructure, and DevSecOps.
• Experience migrating source code management and CI/CD platforms with integrated security controls.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD security integration, and hirify.global security scanning capabilities.
• Experience migrating tools such as Snyk, Checkmarx, Veracode, SonarQube, and GitGuardian to hirify.global Security Scanners.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, SOC 2, GDPR, FedRAMP, supply chain security, zero-trust architecture, and AI/LLM security risks.
• Ability to communicate technical recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders and work independently in an asynchronous environment.
