Digital Products Manager

What you will do

• Drive delivery of scalable digital technology solutions and impactful data products.
• Lead large-scale technology programs from scope definition and planning through execution and delivery.
• Define program baselines, schedules, resource allocations, dependencies, feature specifications, and user stories.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
• Partner with engineering, product, operations, and geographically distributed teams on software engineering and data initiatives.
• Report on KPIs, milestones, risks, and deliverables while facilitating program ceremonies and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Technical Program Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering scalable software services, platform features, and cloud-scale systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing schedules, technical documentation, readiness assessments, gap analyses, dashboards, status reports, and delivery plans.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in scientific nomenclature, life sciences, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, or related STEM fields.
• Science-related degree or certifications such as CSPO, SAFePOPM, ITIL, or PMP.
