Product Manager, Customer Journey & Omnichannel Marketing (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Execute customer journey and omnichannel marketing strategies for erda-iDRS in bladder cancer.
• Coordinate field, digital, email, media, and non-personal promotion tactics across targeted customer segments.
• Use data, insights, and Engagement.ai capabilities to optimize channel mix, content sequencing, targeting, and customer activation.
• Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Precision Medicine, the INLEXZO brand team, and other internal stakeholders.
• Support development of sales meeting materials, selling assets, and non-personal promotion content with healthcare compliance and regulatory partners.
• Manage agency relationships and coordinate resources supporting field selling efforts and new patient starts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or related advanced degree is helpful.
• At least 5 years of work experience, including 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership, commercial insights, or a qualified leadership development program.
• Experience with project management.
• Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including occasional overnight and weekend travel.
